Dolce Wonders Tower (Croquembouche)
Croquembouche (Made to order)
French for "crunch in mouth" a classic croquembouche is made with custard-filled cream puffs and stacked in a tall pyramid shape. Croquembouche is usually served at celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and special occasions.
